Globus Tours To Resume USA and International Travel

As a result of improving travel conditions and countries opening up their borders, the Globus Family of Brands announced it will resume international. The Globus Family of Brands includes Globus Journeys, Cosmos Vacations, Avalon Waterways River Cruises and Monograms Travel.

The Globus Journeys and Monograms brands will start with escorted tours of Iceland, Costa Rica and Ecuador, with hopes of expanding to additional destinations throughout the summer months, as more people are vaccinated and more borders open. Globus Journeys and Cosmos Tours will also offer domestic vacations as early as this May. We are hoping this means that National parks tours, Fall foliage tours and Alaska land tours will be available this summer.

“We are thrilled to welcome travelers back to the world,” said Scott Nisbet, chief executive officer for the Globus family of brands. “We have spent the last year preparing for the day when we can resume travel and look forward to sharing with travelers the incredible vacation they’ve been dreaming of, looking forward to and deserve.”

The Globus brands, including Avalon Waterways, require that all guests be vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide proof of a negative test within 72 hours  of arrival or proof of recovery within the past three months.
