Las Vegas is about to get a little bit classier. A new boutique hotel, called The Cromwell Hotel and Casino, is set to open on May 21st. Architect Leo A. Daly is the mastermind behind this $185 million dollar renovation project. It combines both modern and vintage features. The hotel has Parisian type awnings and black railings on the outside that greet its guests before they even walk in the door. Once inside, guests will be swept away in the luxurious atmosphere of The Cromwell. The hotel has vaulted ceilings and warm colors throughout.

The location of the restaurant is perfect for those that want a unique view of The Strip including the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace. Menu items will include oyster crudo with presecco mignonette, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, lemon spaghetti and a vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. The kitchen is open so that guests can see their meals being prepared.  GIADA will also offer an antipasto station, a first for Italian eateries on the Las Vegas Strip.

The hotel is smaller than a lot of the other luxury hotels in the area in order to offer its guests a more intimate experience. The Cromwell will offer guests 169 standard rooms and 19 suites to choose from. Standard accommodations have distressed hardwood floors and showers that have black and white mosaic tiles. The suites, modeled after the Anthology Las Vegas Suite & Villas collection, range in size from 723-2,550 square feet and each one has a spectacular view of The Strip.
