Women have a lot going on in their lives! With raising kids, having careers, and just balancing everything, it’s no wonder that they often find themselves wanting to get away from it all. There is a new luxury resort opening up in Finland that’s for women only. That’s right…no kids…or men are allowed at this resort. Ready to make a reservation to spend a night or two here? Not so fast, as there are some things that you need to know.
SuperShe Has It All
This private, women-only resort is aptly named “SuperShe Island.” The premise behind it is that women can get away from all the societal pressures that they face. They can surround themselves with female only energy, creating the ultimate experience to relax and just be themselves.
An Intimate Experience
There are four cabins on the island. The cabins can hold no more than 10 women combined. So while women will be sharing a space with others, each cabin is well outfitted to offer a luxurious experience. Cabins are well equipped and each guest will have their own bedroom, fireplace, and even outdoor space for those that want to sit outside and enjoy the quiet or the views. There are also numerous activities available for guests to participate in, including wellness experiences activities that allow guests to get to know the other individuals that they are bunking with. The location of the resort is perfect for those that want to really just escape their daily life for a bit. They will be surrounded by evergreen trees and be able to admire the sunrises and sunsets as they overlook the blue, Caribbean water.
Prepare To Be Vetted
Now don’t get too excited about the opportunity to stay here as you can’t just book a room. Visitors with need to be handpicked by the the creator of the resort, Kristina Roth. Women interested in staying here will need to apply on the resort’s website to begin the process. Roth looks for a number of things from potential guests of the resort including the necessity of a “fun personality” and being upbeat overall.
SuperShe Island will be officially open in July. If this resort ends up being a success there may be plans for Roth to open up another retreat as she already owns some property on the Turks and Caicos.
