Super Bowl Commercials 2020

Let’s face it, Super Bowl commercials have become an integral part of the game day experience. Advertisers pay as much as $5.6 million dollars for a 30 spot. We all have our favorites from Pepsi, Frito-Lay (Doritos & Cheetos,) Planters & Anheuser-Busch. Also returning with Super Bowl commercials 2020 are Pringles, Olay, Avocados from Mexico, Hyundai, Squarespace, Audi, Kia, Coca-Cola, MTN Dew, New York Life, SodaStream, Heinz, Snickers, TurboTax, Porsche, WeatherTech, Toyota, GMC & Stella Artois. Viewers can expect to see ads from Michael Bloomberg & Donald Trump as well.

Companies making their first Super Bowl commercial debut in 2020 are Facebook, Pop-tarts (who knew they would survive the health craze & still be a popular breakfast item like it was when I was a kid;) Sabra (see my point about healthy foods that hummus is now a player in this advertising space;) & Saucony running brand will use their commercial to make a major debut announcement.

What are Super Bowl advertisers 2020 trying to entice you with in a span of 30 to 60 seconds? Anheuser-Busch will be promoting Bud Light Selzter, Michelob Ultra & Michelob’s organic brew Pure Gold, with only 1 commercial focusing on the original Budweiser beer. Coke is expected to feature their new Coke Energy & Aha sparking water. MTN Dew will plug their new sugar free drink. Porsche will show the Taycan, their first all-electric vehicle. Pop-Tarts is promoting their new pretzel flavor which I can’t say sounds appealing. The Heinz commercial hasn’t released a teaser yet but we know it was directed by Roman Coppola, the son of Francis Ford Coppola & is expected to showcase some of their broader line of condiment options.
