3091

Holland America Line Future Cruise Credits (FCCs) allow guests to apply the value of a cancelled sailing toward a future Holland America booking. This guide covers how Holland America FCCs are issued, how long they are valid, how to redeem them, and how to use them with a travel agent.

How much is the Holland America future cruise credit?

As compensation for the change to your travel plans, Holland America is offering bonus Future Cruise Credits, which will provide a tremendous value for your next cruise vacation.

  • For reservation that were under deposit only: You will get double the amount that you paid for your deposit (up to the base cruise fare amount) as a Future Cruise Credit. For example, if you paid a $200 per person deposit, each person will receive a Future Cruise Credit $200 plus a bonus FCC of $200 for a total of $400 each.
  • If your reservation was paid in full: You will receive a future cruise credit for 125% of the base cruise fare paid.

In either case, non-cruise fare purchases from Holland America Line can be transferred to a new booking, or will be refunded to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Guests who prefer a 100% refund of monies paid to Holland America Line can visit the Cancellation Preferences Form to indicate their preference by the deadline specified in their FCC notice.
