NCL Embark Docuseries Premieres Tonight at 8 pm

Norwegian Cruise Line is thrilled to announce the resumption of cruises albeit it in ports outside of the U.S. for now.  Follow along as this new docuseries chronicles the relaunch of the brand’s 17-ship fleet amidst COVID. You’ll get an exclusive look at NCL’s ongoing measures for a healthy and safe return to sailing, including unscripted conversations with executive leaders including Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ President and CEO, Frank Del Rio, and Harry Sommer, President and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line. “I love a comeback story!” Del Rio exclaims as the opening intro rolls.

At 7:30pm (ET), President and CEO Harry Sommer will open the global premiere with a pre-show conversation and Q&A session with executive leaders and team members streaming live from the new Norwegian Cruise Line Terminal at PortMiami! Be sure to tune in to hear their excitement about NCL’s return to cruising journey.

You can catch the 1st episode “Great Cruise Comeback” tonight, April 15th at 8 pm EST. The live stream will be available on Facebook and ncl.com/embark. The 30-minute episode will outline the new technology Norwegian is using to enhance the embarkation process as well as onboard health and safety measures. You will also see ship staff and entertainers describing how the last year has been and looking forward to cruises resuming. Small businesses and partners of the cruise industry will explain how this unprecedented shutdown has affected their companies such as Miami-based Wynwood Brewing Company. While watching, keep an eye out for a glimpse of Norwegian Cruise Line’s new terminal and headquarters in Miami. There will be 5 total episodes.
