873

With the success of Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway ships, it’s no wonder that they will be unveiling an even more exquisite ship in 2015. The Norwegian Escape will be setting sail this fall in a big way. There will be more interactive experiences, an array of accommodations to choose from, world class dining and many activities that the whole family can enjoy.

Accommodations
It doesn’t matter if you are a solo traveler or are going to be cruising with a large party, there will be accommodations to suit your needs. Singles can enjoy a cozy studio type setting where they will also have access to the Studio Lounge where they can meet others. The ship’s more luxurious suites will feature spa cabins. These staterooms have access to an area called The Haven which has been referred to as a “ship within a ship complex”. They are perfect for those that want the ultimate in comfort when it comes to accommodations. In addition to these choices there are also interior staterooms, ocean view staterooms and staterooms with balconies. Each stateroom type has been well thought out so that travelers will enjoy their cruise experience no matter what room type they choose. Overall the escape can accommodate up to 4,200 passengers.

Dining
In true Norwegian fashion they will be offering a wide variety of dining options. New to this ship will be a dining venue called Taste. This complimentary private dining experience will be able to accommodate 100 people. It will also have a lounge as well as its own entrance. There are two other complementary dining options that include the Manhattan Room and Savor. Both of these restaurants are available on the Epic and Breakaway ships. There will be an area called the Waterfront that will have both outdoor and indoor dining options that include Moderno Churrascaria, La Cucina and Cagney’s Steakhouse. All of these restaurants are available on other Norwegian cruise ships. The Escape will also offer food from Teppanyaki, O’Sheehan’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, Dolce Gelato and Le Bistro. Passengers that want to have a drink while on ship can visit the Bar at the Atrium or The Mixx Bar.
