If you are a frequent cruiser with Royal Caribbean, it can be overwhelming keeping up with all of the ship changes. We thought we’d simplify things and go through each Royal Caribbean ship in alphabetical order, to make it easier to see where your favorite ship is going throughout the year.
Of note for 2020, Royal Caribbean has moved the Majesty of the Seas to sail year round from New Orleans. We suggest adding a pre-night in New Orleans to enjoy the French Quarter along with the famous Bourbon & Canal Streets. With so much to do in New Orleans, it’s like 2 vacations in one! The Freedom of the Seas had a complete upgrade and continues to sail out of San Juan to the Southern Caribbean. In Europe for 2020, Royal Caribbean sails to more than 100 destinations, which means there is something for everyone. In April of 2020, the Allure of the Seas will receive a (58 day,) $165 million renovation. They will be adding the Ultimate Abyss dry slide, Perfect Storm dueling water slides, the new Lime & Coconut bar on the re-imagined pool deck which will include cabana-type day beds, hammocks and swing seats.
