Host a Group Cruise or Group Trip | Atlas Travel Center

Turn Your Audience Into a Travel Revenue Stream

If you have a following — a congregation, a fan base, a sorority chapter, a club, a social media audience — you already have everything you need to run a group trip. Atlas Travel Center handles the rest: cruise contracts, cabin assignments, dining reservations, onboard production, and a simple payment page so your guests can register and pay without the chaos of Venmo, Zelle, or Google forms.

You bring the people. We run the trip.

How Group Travel Works (And How You Get Paid)

When you book a group cruise through Atlas, the cruise line sets aside a block of cabins at group rates. For every 16 guests who book, the organizer earns one free cabin — called a comp berth. That’s your free stateroom, or you can convert it to onboard credit and split it across your guests to lower everyone’s price.

On top of the comp berth, most organizers build in a $200–$300 per-person markup on top of the cruise rate. On a 40-person group, that’s $8,000–$12,000 in organizer revenue from a single trip. The cruise line never sees it. Your guests pay one clean price through your custom registration link. Atlas manages the contract, the payments, and the logistics.

The math on a 40-person group cruise:

  • 2 comp berths (one per 16 guests) = free cabin for you + spare
  • $250 markup × 40 guests = $10,000 organizer profit
  • Optional VIP add-ons, merch, or meet-and-greet = additional upside
  • Your guests get a fully managed, branded travel experience

Who This Is For

Atlas works with organizers across five group travel families. If you recognize yourself in any of these, we should talk:

Music & Entertainment

DJs, comedians, radio personalities, festival promoters, day-party brands, and soul/Latin/Tejano/Soca/Zydeco cruise producers. You already sell tickets. A branded group cruise is the next level — a multi-day event your audience pays premium to attend.

Faith & Gospel

Churches, ministries, gospel cruise organizers, Christian radio stations, and faith women’s retreat leaders. Your congregation already follows you. A group trip becomes a shared spiritual experience — and a meaningful fundraiser for your ministry.

Affinity & Culture

HBCU alumni groups, Black Greek organizations (fraternities and sororities), family reunion planners, class reunion organizers, and women’s empowerment groups. Group travel is community-building at its best — and Atlas has deep experience running affinity cruises.

Hobby & Lifestyle

Mahjong clubs, line dance and steppers groups, card game crews (Spades, Bid Whist), casino players, wine and social clubs, and book clubs. Your shared passion is the theme. We build the trip around it.

Creators & Travel Agents

YouTube travel creators, mom-travel influencers, fitness and wellness retreat hosts, and independent travel agents looking to run their own group experiences. If your audience watches you travel, they want to travel with you.

Two Products, One Full-Service Partner

Cruise Charter Group

Atlas secures a cabin block on a major cruise line — Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, and others. You market it to your audience, collect registrations through a custom booking link, and earn your comp berth plus markup. We handle the contract, cabin assignments, dining preferences, group activities, and onboard coordination. Ideal for organizers who want a turnkey, repeatable annual event.

Land Lifestyle Package

For lifestyle brands that want a destination experience — a branded all-inclusive resort takeover, a wellness retreat in Cancún, a cultural immersion trip to West Africa, or a girls’ trip to a villa in Italy. Atlas designs the itinerary, negotiates group hotel and tour rates, builds the package price, and manages all logistics. You set the vibe. We deliver the experience.

Why Atlas Travel Center

Atlas Travel Center has been booking group travel since 1987. We are an accredited travel agency with IATAN, CLIA, and ASTA credentials, and our agents carry advanced certifications in cruise and destination group planning. We have relationships with every major cruise line and resort group desk — which means we get better rates, better cabin locations, and faster contract turnaround than you’d find booking on your own.

Our group coordinator has run hundreds of group departures across cruise, land, and charter products. We know what makes a group trip succeed — and what kills it. We handle the paperwork, the headaches, and the logistics so you can focus on your audience and your brand.
