Around 50 million people in America go bike riding each month. Bicycling helps an individual build muscle tone, lose weight and build endurance. It is also a relatively easy way to exercise and the only commitment you really need to make to it is to buy a bike. It can be done pretty much anywhere, even while traveling. In honor of National Bike Month, we’ve put together our list of trips that incorporate biking.

If bike riding is what you are after then you will get plenty of it. On day 5 of your adventure you will get to cycle through Konavle Valley where you can see some of the local vineyards and even a windmill or two. This 12 day trip is the perfect way to explore some of the national parks and monuments in the USA.
