When Will Bali’s Volcano Erupt?
This past summer Mount Agung showed signs of impending eruption which caused quite a few searches about this volcano. In September it did erupt which caused the airport to close for two days and tourism to drop by over 70%. The volcano is still erupting, but that shouldn’t keep tourists from visiting Bali. Only those that are within around 6 ½ miles of the volcano are actually in danger. Because Mount Agung is keeping a lot of tourists away from Bali now is a great time to go to this island in order to experience a lot less crowds.

On Monday, August 21, 2017, people flocked to various cities in the United States in order to try to be in the path of totality for the total solar eclipse. If you missed out on it or just want to experience it again, on July 2, 2019 another total solar eclipse will be visible in Argentina, Chile and the South Pacific.
