Holland America Line Announces Fall Cruise 2021 Plans with Departures from San Diego and Ft Lauderdale
Wonderful news, Holland America Line Announced 2021 Fall Cruises! Their restart schedule for cruising in 2021 for the East and West Coast in the United States is out! Beginning September 2021 Holland America has planned cruises out of the Port of San Diego with cruises to Mexico, Hawaii and ports along the California coast. These cruises are being offered aboard the Koningsdam and Zuiderdam ships. In addition, Holland is expanding their season with the addition of 6 new cruise departures aboard the Zuiderdam and 2 new cruises aboard Koningsdam. This gives you a total of 40 cruises to choose from in San Diego from September 2021 through April 2022.

Holland America Cruise Line anticipates an East Coast restart of cruises offering sailings to the Caribbean with four ships. The first cruise is scheduled for the October 23, 2021 aboard the Nieuw Amsterdam. All sailings will be roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale. The brand new Rotterdam will start offering cruises on November 3, as well as the Eurodam starting November 14 and last but not least the Nieuw Statendam will start with sailings on November 21, 2021. These Caribbean cruises range in length from 4 up-to 14 days, with many offering stops in Key West, Nassau, San Juan, Grand Turk (just to name a few) and most include a call at Half Moon Cay, Holland America Line’s award-winning private island. These Holland America Cruises for Fall 2021 are available only for guests who have received their final dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the beginning of the cruise and have proof of vaccination. Holland America Line will continue to monitor the latest guidance from the CDC, as well as local, state and federal officials in the homeports and ports of call. Onboard protocols and vaccination requirements will be adjusted as necessary.
