Nike Training Club
Until further notice, Nike has removed the cost on all of the workouts on its training app. As Nike is well known for its extensive athletic outreach, this is great for people who want to get moving without breaking the bank. The app includes everything from HIIT to yoga for all fitness levels. Membership is usually $14.99 pp.
Carrot Fit
This training app is not for the faint of heart. It is intense in its core training and has its programs shaped out in 7 minute killer intervals. It’s hard work but it will get the job done for motivated individuals. The app is normally $4.99, but is available free for the next two weeks.
Down Dog
Just as it sounds, Down Dog and it’s collection of apps are best suited for those who are into Yoga. For those who are wanting a bit more, they also have 7 minute programs, an HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) App and a Barre app for those who want to remain on pointe. These are free until April 1.
Planet Fitness
This gym has recently updated its app to include workout classes that can be completed from the comfort of your home. To add a social engagement element virtually, free classes are being held each Friday via Facebook. The classes are free and open to everyone.
Peloton
If you have a Peloton bike, now is a great time to take advantage of the extended 90 day trial currently available due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Here’s even better news: you can still use this program even without any Peloton equipment! There are other programs, including stretching, that are available.
19 Minute Yoga
If you are more intrigued by the group class workout setting, you can join this free Yoga class that is live-streamed via YouTube.
Gold’s Gym
The renowned Gold’s Gym has an arsenal of workouts that are available in both audio and visual formats. This comes in very handy if you don’t want the video distraction and would just like the instructions dictated to you. They are free to use until May 31.
Centr
If you are fan of Marvel’s Thor, this workout is for you. It is developed by Chris Hemsworth and he has the results to show the worthiness of using these programs. When you complete your online sign up for the trial, you get free workout videos for 6 weeks.

- Sky Ting is a NYC based yoga studio is offering a free week of Sky Ting TV offering a variety of yoga routines.
