About Tauck Tours 2020 Through 2022

Tauck tours has pioneered 90 years, featuring the finest hotels, dining, sightseeing and unique cultural experiences. Today we offer over 90 escorted journeys around the world, including land tours, cruises, riverboat journeys, safaris, premier events and family adventures.

When will Tauck Tours resume?

• Scheduled Departures have been cancelled from March 16 – July 31, 2020 – for Tauck River Cruises and Tauck Tours Worldwide. Tauck tours are currently available to book through the Spring of 2022.

Future Travel Credit Option & Revised Booking Terms

• 100% Future Travel Credit to be used on any 2020-2021 Tauck journey.
• For bookings not paid in full: Final payment for guests booked on these tours is now due 30 days prior to departure for all departures through August, 31, 2020.
• Travelers booked on cancelled Tauck journeys can earn an additional $500 USD* travel credit per person (for journeys paid in full; $250 USD for journeys on deposit).  To receive this credit, you just need to simply apply the funds already paid to Tauck toward a new 2020 or 2021 journey, or leave those funds on account in a Tauck Travel Wallet.

Refund Option (revised 5.20.20)

• If Tauck cancels the departure: Those booked on a trip where cancellation is initiated by Tauck will have all tour/cruise costs returned in the original form of payment. (Any Guest Protection Product/Cruise Protection Product premiums will be kept on account with Tauck for future use.)

Air Component (revised 5.20.20)

• If Tauck cancels the departure: All Air Arrangements made by Tauck will be cancelled and refunded and no penalties will apply.  For clients with non-Tauck air, Tauck will cover airline change fees up to $250 per person.

Revised Final Payment Timelines (revised 5.20.20)

• Booking between August – August 31, 2020:For bookings paid in full: Any guests who wish to cancel their booking will have ALL cancel fees (including Guest or Cruise Protection Product premiums) issued back to them in the form of a travel credit to be used on any 2020-2021 Tauck journey.

  Partially Paid bookings:  Any guest who cancels after making final payment will have ALL cancel fees (including Guest or Cruise Protection Product premiums) issued back to them in the form of a travel credit to be used on any 2020-2021 Tauck journey. Airline change fees will not be covered for guests who voluntarily cancel.  Final payment due 30 prior to departure through 8/31/2020.

  For bookings after September 1, 2020, standard policies apply for land tours and cruises.
