1081

Around 50 million people in America go bike riding each month. Bicycling helps an individual build muscle tone, lose weight and build endurance. It is also a relatively easy way to exercise and the only commitment you really need to make to it is to buy a bike. It can be done pretty much anywhere, even while traveling. In honor of National Bike Month, we’ve put together our list of trips that incorporate biking.

It won’t be all work and no play though as there will be plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy of some the area’s delicious eateries.
