Before you know it SunFest will be here again! This year’s lineup will include a bunch of amazing artists across a wide variety of genres. No matter how many days you will be attending this event you won’t be disappointed. Here’s more information about what’s to come.
General Information
SunFest 2018 will be held May 3-6. There will be 3 stages with 50 different bands that will include artists like Pitbull, Zedd, Incubus, Ice Cube, Third Eye Blind, Cake and Nick Jonas.One day passes range from $43 if bought before 4/28, $49 if bought 4/29-5/4 and $54 if bought 5/5 or 5/6. Multi-day passes are available as well. Kids tickets are $20 if purchased in advance or $25 at the gate. Children 5 and under are free. For those who want to want to have a place to hangout between concerts and don’t want to have to deal with finding food, the Club SunFest Package costs $265 and allows entry for all 4 days plus food and drinks, air conditioned bathrooms and a place to sit and just relax away from the crowds. Another perk is that you can also easily view the Tire Kingdom stage from here. For a different kind of experience you can also visit the three Floating Bars that are tied up to the seawall. They each feature specialty drinks and a lot of music and good times.For many people one of their favorite parts about SunFest is the Fireworks show. It will be taking place on Sunday, May 6 at 9 p.m. The display is so huge in fact that it’s one of the largest to occur each year on the East Coast. The fireworks will be set to music that you can hear on Wild 95.5.
Other Things To Do
Before or after you attend SunFest there is plenty to do around the downtown West Palm Beach area. Clematis street is right next to SunFest’s gates. Here you will find a variety of eateries like Duffys and Pizza Girls. There’s also a Starbucks and a few other coffee places if you ant a bit of caffeine because you plan on staying all day at SunFest and need a little pick me up. If you’d rather head over to City Place to shop or eat at one of the many restaurants over there, you don’t have to walk as there is a trolley that connects that two places.
