While many celebrities are busy with their careers, sometimes they want to add something else to their plate, literally and figuratively. Many of these celebrities open their own restaurants so that they can share their love of food with their fans. If you are itching to see a celebrity or are wanting a new restaurant to try, check out one of the following restaurants below.

Toby Keith- I Love This Bar & Grill.
First opened in 2005 in Oklahoma City, Toby Keith’s, I Love This Bar & Grill, now has several locations throughout the state of Oklahoma. It features American cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Popular dishes include Tumbleweed (tumbleweed onions, jalapeno toothpicks and chipotle ranch) and Calf Fries (breaded French fries, gravy and a horseradish cocktail sauce).

Dany Trejo- Trejo’s
This restaurant is the newest one on the list. It was opened by actor Danny Trejo in 2016. He starred in the popular movie, From Dusk Till Dawn. This restaurant is located in Los Angeles and features vegan Mexican food. Trejo’s also whips up their own salsa and has their own beer brand, Cerveca. This is a great place to go for those looking for gourmet vegan food.

Jon Bon Jovi- Soul Kitchen
Located in Red Bank, New Jersey, Jon Bon Jovi’s famous restaurant, Soul Kitchen, is known for their American cuisine that is made from locally grown and organic food. This restaurant opened in 2011 and has gained quite the following. What makes this restaurant unique is that individuals can volunteer in order to get a dining certificate if they can’t afford to pay. The goal of this restaurant is to give everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic status, the ability to afford healthy dining options. A new location is expected to open in Toms River this year.

Lady Gaga- Joanne Trattoria
There are quite a few celebrity owned restaurants in New York, but none like Joanne Trattoria. Lady Gaga opened it in 2012. It features Italian cuisine and is conveniently located near Lincoln Center. A favorite among diners in the Papa G’s chicken with pepperoni

Tony Hawk- Market Restaurant And Bar
The king of skateboarding, Tony Hawk, opened this restaurant a while back and it’s pretty popular in California. Located in Del Mar, this American seafood restaurant strives to offer its customers only the freshest of ingredients. The menu changes daily dependent on what’s in season and what’s available that day.
