New attractions will be opening up next month just off of International Drive. These attractions include the Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds wax museum and SEA LIFE Orlando. Here’s a sneak peek at the new attractions.

The Orlando Eye
This observation wheel will give individuals the chance to see Orlando as they never have seen it before. Riders walk into a capsule that is attached to a large wheel. They will then be lifted 400 feet in the air where they can see some breathtaking views of the city. Each capsule is air conditioned and suitable for all ages.

Madame Tussauds
If you have ever dreamed of getting up close and personal with a celebrity then this may be the closest thing that you can get. Madame Tussauds wax museum has a variety of different wax attractions made to look like celebrities. Many of them are interactive, which only adds to the fun! Cameras are allowed and even encouraged so you can share pictures of you and your favorite celebrities with your friends on various social media sites.

SEA LIFE Orlando
Imagine yourself immersed in a magical underwater experience filled with a variety of sea creatures. At SEA LIFE Orlando visitors will get to go in a 360 degree ocean tunnel, have a shark encounter, experience educational talks and animal feedings and get hands-on with the touch pool experience. Overall there are more than 5,000 creatures to see and learn about from the Indian, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Hours and Tickets
SEA LIFE Orlando and Madame Tussauds are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 8pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 10pm. The Orlando Eye is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am until midnight. Tickets are $18 for adult and children ages 4-12 are $13. Kid 3 and under are free. For those that want to experience all three attractions the price is $35 for adults and $30 for kids.

We are excited about these new attractions that are scheduled to open the first week of May. They give travelers that want to stay away from the theme parks even more things to do. Will you be going on the Orlando Eye, hanging out with the celebrities at Madame Tussauds wax museum or making some new marine life friends when these attractions open next month?
